We all appreciate the benefits of meditation but only a few invest the time to really understand how to do it properly in order to capitalise on the deep healing this ancient practice has to offer.
In a nutshell, very few people train their mind and take meditation to the next level.
In this 5 Layers Meditation Workshops we will identify, explore and train the 5 layers of your body (koshas) through theory, exercises, homework and coaching tools, so you can learn how to stimulate and balance each of them depending on your life situation and meditation objectives.
After all the workshops, you will be able to recognise which technique works best for you and develop your own meditation journey according to your needs.
Because they will be organised in a group setting, you will also be able to share your learning process with like-minded individuals, discuss key concepts with each other and reflect on how each layer is reflecting in our life’s struggles.
The flow through these layers represent a journey inwards towards your essence. And a journey outwards again, into life in an infinitely continuing cycle.

When you can experience all your Koshas in balance, you see the source of all the layers, the centre of your being. You see the foundation inside yourself. You become confident in your ability to create your personal reality because your trust in yourself is unshakable.
